Account deletion request
You can delete your Petanque Mobile account from inside the app or from here. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting from the app
- Open the Petanque Mobile app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap “Delete my account” under “Account actions”.
- Read the page that opens, type the confirmation word, and complete the deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Write to us and include the phone number registered to your account. Once we have verified your identity, we complete the request within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
- Your profile photo
- Your access to the pharmacy and all open sessions
What is retained
The pharmacy's sales reports, orders and stock records are the pharmacy's commercial records and are retained under statutory record-keeping obligations. After your account is deleted they are no longer associated with your name.
